1. ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY

All products come in limited editions and will do our best to fulfill all orders promptly. We process all orders typically within 2-5 business days and will send you confirmation by email. Should the item you request be out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

We ship orders typically within 48 hours after your order has been processed; orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship most domestic orders via USPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We can ship to only one shipping address per order. Upon shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.

Fulbekloset is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays, such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc., which may delay the estimated delivery date of your order.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier – is FREE for all local orders totaling $100.00 and above, and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Courier – is available at an additional by request. Kindly contact us to arrange Express shipment : Info@fulbekloset.com

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. After 10 days, all sales are final.

Should you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please email us at fulbekloset.com with your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.  Fulbekloset will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of merchandise, replacement item(s) will be sent or a refund will be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to deny any refunds.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
